You are requested to enter all the necessary data in order to provide your security and high quality services which you have ordered.

The procedure of on-line registration:

1. In the right side of the site menu, click on the "Registration" button
2. According to the level of your accreditation, it is necessary to choose from one of the following items (in the left side):
   "For Participants"
   "For Press Accreditation"
   
3. In the opened document it is necessary to fill all the spaces with all the information you have at that moment.
4. Once you are finished, you can send the application by pressing the "Request" button on the bottom of the page.
5. Please, do not forget to print out a registration form which will be opened in a separate window after clicking on "Request".

After you enter data in the registration form, the central server registers you and opens a separate window with affirmation of registration in format of the "registration card".  You should print it  and save till the moment of registration in Kyiv in the International Exhibition Center during the conducting of the 8th Council of Europe conference of Ministers responsible for Migration Affairs which will be held on 4-5 September 2008.

On the "registration card" besides information about the Conference at the top, there is also  a tear-off coupon at the bottom which has an index symbol of the accreditation level and a bar-code in order to facilitate the procedure of registration.

The procedure of registration in Kyiv:

You should show a tear-off coupon from the "registration card" to the representative of the Organizer at the entrance.  The representative will direct you to the registration desk which corresponds to a level of your accreditation.

To pass the registration you should show a bar-coded tear-off coupon to the registration system operator who will scan your bar-code by means of  bar-code scanner that will allow him/her  to access your information entered before (during the on-line registration).

The operator will identify you, ask a couple of questions and give you a bar-coded badge that you should keep during all the period of holding of the 8th Council of Europe conference of Ministers responsible for Migration Affairs .

Depending on the level of your accreditation this badge is your pass to the different areas  where the 8th Council of Europe conference of Ministers responsible for Migration Affairs  will take place, and in case of need, it also allows you to access your registration data.

Visa support

In a case participant of the Conference needs an entry visa he (she) has the address to the Consulate department of the Embassy of Ukraine in the corresponding country.

Necessary visa support of the host country will be provided under the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

To obtain visa support participants of the Conference need to submit the data mentioned in the Registration Form (section "Registration" on the website www.8EMC.mvc-expo.com.ua).

Substitutions and additions

All changes to the notified lists of official delegations and organisations should be submitted in written form and sent by fax to "EXPO 2000 Ukraine" Ltd. no later than 20 August 2008.

Late changes shall be considered depending on the time reguired for processing of entry visas.
